Dr. Armstrong has a passion for healthcare and is committed to providing you with the best treatment possible and a positive experience. Dr. Armstrong prides himself on giving painless injections to minimize patient discomfort. In addition to a Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from New York University, he also holds Masters in Biomedical Engineering and Physiology and he has particular interests in Biological and Implant Dentistry. Since his residency at Kings County Hospital, he has continued to take advanced training in leading technologies such as Laser Dentistry, Computer Assisted Implant placement, and Clear Aligner Orthodontics. Dr. Armstrong is a member of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. Outside of Dentistry, family time is a priority. He also enjoys jogging, bike riding, and basketball.
Dr. Young Jun (Kevin) Cho, DDS, is a well-trained general dentist who believes in conservative and preventative dentistry and sees patients of all age. He then earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from NYU College of Dentistry. Dr. Cho has training in contemporary rotary endodontics, fixed prosthetics, implant dentistry and clear aligner orthodontics. Outside of dentistry, Dr. Cho loves playing with his two cats, and enjoys playing sports such as tennis and swimming.
Jill has obtained a Degree in Photography from the Fashion Institute of Technology and has over 10 years of retail management experience in Manhattan. Jill's experience in retail management and human resources is a real benefit to our patients. Jill is the liaison between your insurance provider and the Dentist, working on your behalf to achieve optimal oral health. Outside the office Jill enjoys activities with her children, going to the gym, participating in themed 5K races and photography.
Kaitlynn is our Treatment Plan Coordinator, who provides treatment planning, insurance verification, and scheduling coordination. She has been working in the dental field for over 3 years, has passed a Scheduling Institute Course with 5 stars and is experienced in providing the best patient experience possible. Kaitlynn plans are to grow in the dental field and continue being the bridge between patient and dentist communication.
Karcynn is a graduate of University of New England where she holds a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene and has received her Certificate in Value-Based Health Care from Dartmouth College. Born and raised in Maine, she has made it her passion to provide oral health care for the past 11 years. Throughout her tenure, Karcynn has gained experience working for a diverse set of practices and patient profiles. In her spare time, Karcynn enjoys practicing yoga, attending Sommelier classes and traveling with her fiancé
Lauren is our Lead Dental Assistant who graduated from the Dental Assistant School of Rockland, NY in 2012. Lauren was first in her class to be placed in the field and now has over 12 years of experience with a background assisting in periodontics and oral surgery. Lauren was born and raised in Newburgh, New York. On Lauren’s spare time she enjoys traveling up state to visit her sister and parents, journaling and dining out with her husband. She plans on continuing education and growing within the company.
Gege, who entered the dental field during her junior year of high school, holds a biology degree from New Jersey City University. As a dental assistant, her favorite role is acting as the "second brain" for the dentist, ensuring smooth and comfortable procedures for patients. Beyond work, Gege spends her free time experimenting with new recipes, acquiring knowledge, and cherishing moments with loved ones. Her unwavering goal is to positively impact every patient's experience during their time in the dental chair.
